Daryl has 17 years of professional experience in high technology, marketing and design with Lutris Technologies, Huffy Sports Inc, Scenic View Country Club, HotDot, and the US Air Force. He is the original founder of HotDot formed while attending college. He has operated HotDot continually from 1991 until present. In April 2001 HotDot was transformed into HotDot LLC.
Before that he was a consultant at Lutris Technologies, Inc for over 2 years. 1999-2001, he provided expert application design and marketing support to a portfolio of companies. Daryl was also been responsible for other roles including sales, vendor management, implementing brand-to-web strategies on behalf of industry clients, and recognizing policy changes in domain industry.
Previously, Daryl served in various design and management capacities at Huffy Sports, Inc. He designed and implemented digital mass media distribution systems for the International sales and marketing team. Products marketed included portable basketball systems ranging up to top-of-the-line professional models used in amateur, professional and Olympic arenas.
Before that he was Creative Director at Scenic View County Club in Wisconsin. Daryl attended at the University of Oklahoma, in Norman Oklahoma, Home of the Sooners. He helped re-colonize the Omicron Chapter of the Phi Kappa Sigma International Fraternity in 1990.
Before that Daryl served in the U.S. Air Force achieving the rank of Sergeant as a Graphic Specialist providing support to the 552 AWACS Squadron at Tinker A.F.B. Oklahoma from 1984-1990.
Daryl's volunteer activities include active participation in public domain policy groups at ICANN. Past participation includes work with the National Leukemia Society, March of Dimes, Salvation Army, Genesis Home for Abused Children and others.
Mr. Robert Trama
Robert has over ten years experience in the fields of advertising, corporate identity, fashion, catalogue, magazine and web design. Most recently, Robert worked as Senior Art Director for Lutris Technologies, where he worked on a variety of client website projects. In addition, he designed Lutris' corporate identity, company website, internal intranet, product packaging and several marketing pieces.
Previously, Robert worked at Victoria's Secret Catalogue in New York City as a Catalogue Designer and Photo Editor. He had the coveted privilege of searching through thousands of supermodel photos for the best photography. He designed the infamous catalogue covers, fashion layouts and company's promotional pieces. Prior to that, he worked as Art Director for Wine and Dine Magazine where he directed the photo shoots for cover and editorial photography. He also designed the magazine's initial prototype, including its banner, promotional pieces, media kit, and client ads. Before that, he worked several years for RBT/Strum Advertising as an Art Director where he designed for Tropicana Casino, Jevic Trucking, New Jersey Transit, Whitesell Construction and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals. He has also done work for Bristol Meyers Squibb and La Famiglia Ristorante of Philadelphia.
Prior to his career in visual design, Robert worked as a computer technician for Mercer College of West Windsor, New Jersey. Robert received his B.F.A in Visual Communications in 1994 from the University of Oklahoma.
